1. Acceptance
By using TrueCellCost ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What We Provide
TrueCellCost is an informational comparison tool. We calculate estimated total costs for wireless plans based on publicly available pricing, tax data, and user-provided inputs. We are not a wireless carrier, reseller, or agent.
3. Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep plan data current, but carriers change pricing without notice. Tax estimates are based on state-level averages and may not reflect your exact local tax rate. Always verify final pricing with the carrier before signing up.
4. Affiliate Relationships
Some links on TrueCellCost are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you sign up for a plan through our site. This does not affect our rankings, which are based on calculated cost to the consumer. See our Methodology for details.
5. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
The TrueCellCost name, calculator, methodology, and original content are our property. Plan pricing data is sourced from carriers and is their property. You may not scrape, republish, or commercially use our calculator output without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
TrueCellCost is provided "as is." We are not liable for decisions you make based on our estimates. We are not responsible for carrier pricing changes, service quality, or coverage accuracy.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Dallas County, Texas.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
